RE: Exploring the Healing Power of Food : A Good Walk for an Healing Lunch - A NaturalMedecine Challenge
It's really cool to walk through a market with you. I'd buy all the boxes of mangoes!!! Here in Australia we have good Asian markets too. My son lives 5 minutes away from one so I'll have to go up there soon I think. I love markets full of fresh produce - better than the supermarket, that's for sure! I liked the way you paused over that green cake!!! What did it taste like? All those fresh asian greens were tempting for me.
Tofu, udon noodles - that's my kinda lunch. I was really intrigued to see what you were going to make. I was watching this before dinner time - so I decided to have stirfry for dinner. I had bokchoy and wombok growing in the garden - no udon noodles though, so I had to go for black rice. Thanks for sharing your lunch!!!
Thank you very much for your comment which made me very happy ! Mango is also one of my favorite fruits and unfortunately does not grow in France !
This is a Vietnamese cake with pandan leaf, delicious when made with the real juice of the plant, much less when it is chemically coloured of course !
For me good food is SO important ! Clearly the largest part of my budget after my rent, and by far... with perhaps my investments in STEEM ;-)
Keep the good work up dear @riverflows !
