hello to the whole community, I wanted to share a story that happened in my beloved land that is located in the province of Huamanga in the department of Ayacucho - peru this historical sanctuary has an area of ​​300 hectares more or less. Its main objective is to protect the natural and historical heritage of the scene where the Battle of Ayacucho took place.
The Battle of Ayacucho was held on December 9, 1824 in these pampas as shown in the video and with this fight the American independence of the Spanish empire was sealed.

The Sanctuary is located on a high plateau and a certain slope, which, in addition to being the natural and historical setting of the Battle of Ayacucho, houses the monument erected in memory of the fallen heroes. Due to its privileged geographical location, it is a natural viewpoint from where you can observe the beautiful landscapes of this my beloved town.

The Sanctuary and the town of Quinua are located 37 km from the city of Ayacucho. From Lima you can reach Ayacucho in about 8 hours along the famous Los Libertadores Wari road (562 km paved).
