Declan Ryan's first documentary started news gathering footage in 1989 and continued to shoot events surrounding the life and times of his painter pal Joe Ulbert who developed Bipolar Disorder. the Short documentary was completed in 2003 went to 14 film festivals all over the US, UK Greece and Canada. 20 minutes
