Yes, it is really hard tbh. And I had to pull back my activities on steem for that very reason about 8 months ago because I was burning myself out.... and then some. I nearly gave up blogging because of that and I learned the lesson about knowing your limits, accepting them and having the strength to say no to people lol

I only do the things that need to be done these days rather than taking on a million jobs in discord. Better that than burn out :)
