Those are both great questions. I'll try to make a video or 2 for ya. Short answer is 2-way authentication is a way to log in to your account by signing in with your normal username and password. The 2nd part of it is having another device (usually your phone) that either gets a text message (SMS) with a code or you have an app like Google Authenticator which provides a device-based password that changes every 30 seconds or so as the secondary password. If you have a coinbase account, you have a BTC address already. I will probably have to show you how to find/get it. If you don't have a coinbase account, go to coinbase.com and sign up for one.
