My First Run of 2018 & What Are My Goals Now! DTUBE Running VLOG

This was my first run of 2018 and my first run in about four months! I'll have to check on Strava to confirm, but it might even be longer than that. I thought I will get back into it and try get my Park Run PR before I start bicycle touring in April and go to Thailand at the end of May. The run was super short and super slow! I will add a km or so every week and build things up from here.
