Hmm...

Recently, as I was watching some videos in my feed of recommended videos on YouTube (no offense, DTube), I stumbled upon a video on the Ride Channel. I'm not sure why it popped into my feed, because I haven't watched skateboarding videos in a very long time.

Anyways, once the video started, I was presented with the following screen:

That logo looks familiar

While they're not identical, the D in the Ride logo looks pretty similar to the D in the new DTube logo, doesn't it?

What does this mean?

So what do you guys think? Have Dtube taken some inspiration from Ride or are the similarities purely coincidental? In either case, I don't think it's a big deal. The reed square is a pretty basic play symbol and fits great in either logo. I did, however, find this a pretty interesting coincidence, considering it's only a week since I noticed a logo similar to that of Steem on my coffee jar.
