So yesterday, we said goodbye to the old, negative thoughts.
Today, we are going to invite the habit of positive thinking into our lives.
Why is positive thinking so goddam (important)?
Because we create our life with our thoughts, that we think, all day, every day.
OK, let me repeat that. It is important.
We create our life with thoughts that we think, all day, every day.
So, of course, positive thinking matters.
Today, we are going to create a BOOK of POSITIVE ASPECT.
Not the journal of sadness.
The BOOK of POSITIVE ASPECT.
It is like a journal, but you are allowed to write in only, and I mean ONLY positive aspects of your life.
So, find a beautiful notebook, a notebook that feels special to you. And a special pen, of course.
On the first page write down, THE BOOK OF POSITIVE ASPECT.
And then take a few minutes every day, and write what you like and appreciate in your life.
For example, I love it when I wake up in the morning before sunrise. It gives me a moment for myself. I love to feed birds in the winter and watch them how they eat. I love the white winter. I love the snow.
And so on. And so on.
Write as long as it feels good.
If you practice looking for positive aspects, every day, you will develop a positive thinking habit.
And that is one of the most powerful habits you can ever develop in your life.
So, find yourself a beautiful notebook and a special pen and start to look for everything that you like and appreciate in your life.
