Write your mind | FEEL GOOD course - Day1
Hello, my dear smiling faces!
Welcome to the new year, to the new beginning.
This year has the potential to become a beautiful, very successful year, full of fun adventures.
Would you like that?
Well, first, we have to say goodbye to the old year to the old thoughts that don't allow us to enjoy life.
And how do we do that?
They say paper can handle it all.
So, take a piece of paper and start to write whatever crosses your mind.
What do I mean, whatever crosses your mind?
I mean, write down everything that it is on your mind. Everything you worry about, everything you fear, everything you are angry about, all about your mother in law, everything that bothers you.
Nothing is too stupid or too silly. Just let it out.
The point of that exercise is to empty your mind of everything that is stopping you from enjoying life.
Because your negative thoughts don't allow you to enjoy life. Nothing else
If you don't know how to start to write, you can start with: 'I want to write something, but I don't know what to write.' And then, write the next thought that crosses your mind. And the next one. And the next one.
It will open once you start it. I promise.
Don't think much about what to write. It doesn't need to be pretty or correct. No one will ever read this.
Write until you feel the need to write. And stop, when, there is nothing left to write. In the end, you should feel peaceful and satisfied.
Simple but powerful exercise.
To make sure that no one will ever read that paper, I burn it. It is my ritual to clean the negative energy.
