Hi, friends there is one thing that I love this #Seven77 Challenge Movement initiated by @nathanmars, that is boosting one fitness when you engage your self in the Seven Push Up daily.

Today I was a little cool and cold, wanted to fall sick, and I decided to make my 7PushUp exercise, lo and behold when I did it the coldness and shivering stopped and I began to sweat indicating that I have regain some energy.
