Walrus swams among wild ducks!
There are lovers of swimming in the winter. We call them walrus. They get pleasure swimming in cold water 2 to 3 degrees!
I bathed several times and the sensations are amazing after that. But I do not like to swim when the cold is below 16 degrees in the yard! What is your experience? Do you think this practice is the same usful for everyone?
On this wonderful Sunday, I walked along the coast and watched wild ducks.
One such guy came when there were lots of wild ducks on the lake! And he entered the lake and swam among them. Ducks are alarmed and begin to talk each other :) I think they said: anxiety, float a strange big beast, be careful!

Ducks are beautiful, they don't get along very easily but are no harm to humans either

Та зараз ще нічого, навіть річка не вся ще вкрита кригою...
Мене більше вражають любителі купання на Водохрещу, коли зазвичай морозець бере добрячий.
Кілька років тому ходили дивитися на цих сміливців: надворі -19, а до ополонки черга стоїть. І навіть кілька жіночок було:) Цікаво, чи це й справді додає здоров'я.
Мій чоловік робить це щороку, але він взагалі майже щодня купається всю зиму :) А для тих, хто робить це один раз на Водохреща - не знаю чи додає це здоров'я :) Напевно все залежить від віри!
