They leave just a thumbnail and text.
No rewards will not disappear once it gets paid out. They only delete files off their servers (they may remain in the IPFS network), but everything else stays on the blockchain (including the link to the video).
The way d.tube interface works is that if video.dtube.top (their servers) returns a 404, it falls back to ipfs.io (aka the entire IPFS network). If videos exist in the IPFS network outside of DTube the video will play.
Ah shit I didn't know they remove them!! Does that mean you need to claim your rewards before they remove the video?

Sorry, just to be clear, they delete the video, but people can still watch it via the link??

You can download as source video, just select Source in the settings
