Okay! Now tell everyone how many years I have been harping on you??? Your A1C was wayyyy lower last time it was taken, but, I am putting into account that you went on vacation two months ago. Nope! The last thirty days are heavily weighted, so you have been really bad lately.
I want to give you sympathy and understanding, but, right now, I am so mad at you for ignoring every single thing I have ever told you/helped you with. You make me feel like a failure.
But, having said this, I hope you start listening to your doctor and go to him on a regular basis instead of playing dodgeball with him. You actually know all the right things to do, so just do it!!!
And it wouldn't hurt you to push the kids in that direction either. You all have the same eating habits and I would be remiss if I didn't point out that I worry about them.
And if at of your friends think I am being harsh. I tried nice for two years and look where it got me. Take better care of yourself. If you don't do it for you, do it for those kids!
Oh geez Paul! I'm real sorry to hear this! Diabetes can be extremely serious and I'm glad you didn't wait any longer to get to the doctor. My brother in law is 50 years old and has had to have needles in his eyes for uncontrolled diabetes and suffered at least three strokes. He is disabled now. Take care of yourself and thoughts and prayers to you for a quick recovery!! 💖
Oh goodness. Why did you go and do that? You gotta take care of yourself, Paul. Diabetes is nothing to carry around with you. I don't know if you know but I am mostly carnivore and have been for almost a year. No scurvy in sight. So many folks are finding relief from type II and even type I diabetes and all sorts of auto-immune conditions. Check our Dr. Shawn Baker on twitter or Instagram. You don't have to live like this. I agree on your room stuff too. I spent some time in the hospital a few years back, and actually it was kind of nice. Really pampered me. Especially those heated blankets they put in the oven whenever I wanted. Make sure to ask for those.
Plus, I gotta get me a toidy and sink in MY bedroom. Talk about going nowhere, and getting very little of anything done! Maybe we shall forgo that one for now. But I can dream, can't I?

Diabetes is becoming an epidemic. My S.I.L has been diabetic for years and is now in the injections!
