You really nailed it right there. They are clueless as to what patience, steadfastness and discipline means. They would rather cash out that be patient. They would rather not leave it and invest in Steem power. Their mindset is wrong and that is why they are lamenting.

Yes, that is why not everyone will be able to make it here. Because they lack the discipline to work hard for a few months in a row and pour out their creativity.
Exactly. They give up after several months and revert back to their old ways of constant complains. They lose the steam on Steemit.
