My 28 Day Water Fast Experience - Day 1

Today I start my 28 day water only fast, I've been preparing for this fast for over a month now and I now feel ready to start. This is going to be one of the hardest things that I have ever done but I'm determined to go as far as I can to achieve my goal.

There are some great benefits from fasting and they include:

  • Body detoxification
  • Weight Loss
  • Reseting of eating habits
  • Mental Strength building

I told some of my family members about this fastI will be doing and they were all very against it, to which my answer was "How much research have you done into this?"
As I explain in the video (click above picture to watch) I have done my research and Im fully aware of the potential risks but I feel good and confident to be able to go ahead with this.
