[EP286] - Postural problems
So, given that I've worked in IT my entire life, it wasn't a huge surprise to find that my elbow issues, tendinitis and all the headaches I've been getting are all caused by my posture... which unfortunately is not an easy thing to fix.
I have noticed a difference though, in the headaches between doing chin ups with this posture change and without...
So that's good... it's just a matter of retraining my entire body... that's all, should be easy.
