So, I do hope you're well... I'm definitely feeling better than I was yesterday, or for the entire weekend, but I'm still not 100%. My video yesterday reminded me of new studies that have come out that suggest icing and resting an injury isn't necessarily the best thing for it. Apparently icing just delays the healing process, and resting means your muscles atrophy and it's much better to maintain your mobility without causing futher trauma to your injury.
