Intermittent fasting. A few days in...

Hi everyone!

Hope you're all well!
It's so weird... but literally every week, Wednesday's runs are easier, faster, better than Mondays or Fridays runs. I wonder if on Monday I've had a couple of days off so much tendons/muscles aren't conditioned... and Fridays are a bit more exhausted... I honestly don't get it.

The intermittent fasting is going surprisingly well... it's still a definite struggle, but I'm confident I'll get on top of it.
