How to work on pull ups!
Hi everyone!
I'm @ninjavideo and welcome instructional video on pull ups.
Pull ups tend to be a base level exercise for ninja warrior training, but they're good for everyone to be able to do, they work on your shoulders, your core, your arms and your back... they're a pretty amazing exercise to master.
Not many people can do a pull up without training, so I'm here to offer ideas on how to get started.
