Not sure I like this website

I joined so I could use the Dtube for some videos I'm putting together..

When I added my email it pulled up a different username than I wanted, it gave me the option to change it but for whatever reason it didn't save it.. Now I cant change it

I have a 38 minute video I've tried to post for two days now, but wont actually post. I have a video loaded, it says upload snap so I added a photo now it says to upload a video before submitting. This is extremely frustrating.
