Screws are everywhere in a house and ALL end up loosening themselves somehow. A simple loose screw can end up being EXTREMELY dangerous!
No jokes about me having a screw loose! Thank you very much! Hahaha!

So today I have my Top 3 Easy Maintenance Jobs with just a Screwdriver, which can be done in a few minutes whenever you get some spare time, to help keep you and your house safe and functioning!
