Keep the good work going. I would love to get involved in future projects but since i had a surgery recently enough, no push-ups for me in the near future. I'll still be on twitter pushing STEEM and what i am doing here.

@raj808, brilliant. Thanks for the help. I'm not too bad now and have gone back to work so the trick is just not to do anything stupid to injure myself like pushups every day. Apart from that i'm pretty much back to normal. I also appreciate the 7 suggestions.
