Lead by the aging Luis Scola with 20 pts, Argentina upsets the favorites, Serbia national team. The Argentinians move on to the semifinals.

It was a disappointing night for the Serbians as Argentina move on to the Semi Finals after beating Serbia in the quarter finals. First a lost to Spain and now being knocked out of the World Cup by Argentina.

Serbia was the title favorite with their star-studded roster led by All-NBA center Nikola Jokic and the favorite to win the MVP award in the World Cup Bogdan Bogdanovic.
