I probably need an answer for the same question.
I guess for me at least spending few hours day to rethink about my content creation helps me.
When I found more ways, I’ll let you know for sure.

@nathanmars yeah, I think taking breaks, getting off of it a bit, because when we look with fresh eyes over somethinng we even get more creative. Also, I am going to try to read a book before heading to bed rathern than editing a lot, spending time in front of the PC then trying to rest. I guess we all need to find a balance..
