In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I will show you how to make french fries in air fryer. Air fryers are great kitchen gadgets that are pretty much like a small convection oven. The premise is being able to cook foods a bit more healthy, especially foods that are typically deep fried like french fries. You still need to do a little bit of prep work with your potatoes just like you would if you were going to deep fry them. Air fried french fries are easy to make if I can do it you can do it, let's get started!

Ingredients:
Potatoes (washed and peeled or not peeled, I like to use Russet potatoes)
water
salt
1 to 2 Tbsp. of oil
