In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt, I will teach you how to make Twix Oreo Cookie Bars, these candy bars so super yummy, simple to make, and sure to impress your friends and family. Twix bars are one of my favorite candy bars, I have an episode on how to make the classic Twix bar already, so I decided to do a twist on the classic Twix bar and use oreo cookies instead of shortbread. Let's get baking!

Ingredients:
24 oreo cookies
11 ounces of caramel
2 Tbsp of Heavy Cream
3 cups of milk chocolate (melting wafers, candy bars, or chocolate chips)
1 stick or 4 ounces of unsalted butter

Makes 28 medium sized candy bars
