In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I will show you how to cook Brussel Sprouts. I love this recipe for Roasted Brussel Sprouts with garlic and bacon. Growing up I did not like eating Brussel Sprouts, but now I love them! They are one of my favorite roasted veggies to eat. And it is a great recipe if you happen to be on the Keto diet. They are very easy to make, if I can do it you can do it, let's get started!

About 1 pound of Brussel Sprouts, washed. (450g)
2 to 3 Tbsp. of olive oil (30 to 45ml)
4 to 6 garlic gloves, halved
3 to 4 strips of bacon (certainly add more or less or leave it out)
1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar (15ml)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste, not shown in the video, but I like adding it)
Cast iron or stainless steel skillet (oven safe) or use a 9x13 pan and skip the stovetop step
