Interesting as always. Regarding Sweden, as you have been reporting earlier housing prices in Stockholm inner city continues to fall. From 94.000SEK/sqm in august to 79.000SEK/sqm as of today.

    That's great news. They MUST come down to a healthy level! Of course, people probably don't like it but it's what needs to happen.

    Housing prices in Oslo have come down a good chunk recently as well, around 10% down from its top last year.
