Thanks for being so honest about your anxiety, I also experience this. It's a bit of a double edged sword because social media is so beneficial to artists to get the work seen, but that leaves us with an immense pressure to perform and to constantly be doing good work. Take care of yourself :)
I totally agree, I honestly feel a little more anxious on other social medias like instagram and facebook. But the platform here has such encouraging and supportive people that it allows me to work through those fears in a safe space. Thank you for your thoughts. It means so much. 💛
