Ingredients:

Prepare Nihari Masala:

-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 4
-Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Sonth (Dried ginger powder) 2 tsp
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Mutton bong 500 gms
-Haddi (Turmeric Powder ) 1/2 Tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Wheat flour roasted 4 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1 litre or as required
-Piyaz ( Onion) 1
-Coriander Leaves 2 tbs
-Ginger Juilieni 1 inch
-Green Chilli 3

Cooking Method for mutton nihari:

1- in Pressure Cooker Add Mutton, Ginger Gralic Paste, Salt & 1 Glass of Water Cook it for 22 Mints
2- In a pan, add cooking oil, onion and cook until golden brown
3- In a another pan mutton and cook for 2-3 minutes
4- Now, add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cook for 1 mint
5- Add Crushed Onion
6- Now add hot water and simmer for 30-35 minutes
7- In a pan, add wheat flour and cook for a while then add water. After that add it in the mutton
8- Simmer for 5 minutes, then use green coriander, green chili, lemon for garnishing
