This a very tasty recipe, mostly found in restaurant and there are no good recipes available on internet. Follow this step by step easy recipe and make it like professional.

Ingredients:

Half Kg Beef.
2 Onion.
1 cups Yogurt.
1 tbsp Salt.
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic.

Ingredients: (For Korma)

1 Black Cardamom.
2 Green Cardamom.
2 tbs Shan Meat Korma Masala.
2 Cinnamon Stick
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Green Chilli
1 inch Ginder Juiliene

Recipe:

Step 1: In a Pressure cooker Add beef, all spices, Glass water, and let is sit for 25 minutes .
Step 2: In a pan add oil. Add onion and fry until golden brown. In a blender add fried onion and 3 tbsp yogurt. Blend it well and keep aside.
Step 3: In same pan add Tendarized beef fry for 5-8 mints
. Add Korma masala fry for 1 mint.
Now add onion and yogurt mixture cover and cook for 5 mints.
Now Korma is ready Garnish with Corriander Leaves, Ginger and Green chilli.
