Ingredients:

1.Goat Trotters -------------------- 2 Nos
2.Tomato ---------------------- 2 Nos
3.Small onion ----------------- 2 Nos
4.Ginger garlic paste --------- 1 Tab Spoon
5.Garam masala ---------------- 1/2 Tsp Spoon
6.Turmeric powder ------------- 1/2 Tsp Spoon
7.Red chili powder ----------- 1 Tab Spoon
8.Coriander powder ----------- Half Tas Spoon
9.Salt ----------------------- Required amount
10.Oil ------------------------ Required amount
11.Cinnamon Stick ---------------- 2 Nos
12.Coriander leaves ----------- Required amount
13.Black Cardamom ------------ 2 Nos
14.Cumin Seeds--------------1/4 Tsp

Method of preparation:

In a Pressure cooker add Goat legs, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, ginger-garlic, onion, tomato, cinnamon stick & black cardamom, give it a mix and add water. Cover the cooker and allow it to pressure cook for 45 mins or 15 whistles.
Once it is cooked, add Oil, Roasted it for 10 mints.
Add required water, Coriander leaves, Cover and cook for 10 mints.
