Reselling Steem accounts. Interesting idea. Not quite sure if there’s a market for that in most western countries but that could change once the market rebounds.

Well, I think it will depends in which way you sell them and to who.
Imagine an enterprise that can buy some new accounts for selected employess, and in that pay them a bonus monthly with votes for exaaaaampleee! :)
