It's insane to think that small marketcap coins are more USER FRIENDLY than EOS!

I don't understand how a small marketcap cryptocurrency like NIM (a.k.a. NIMIQ) have better UX and being more user friendly than a giant like EOS.

Marketcap does not tell the entire story. Most of it is based upon publicity which may, or may not, be applicable.
EOS had a lot of hype, raised a bunch of money, and has Dan Larimer which instills faith in it. Plus, there is a lot of development going on.
That equates to a high token price, not necessarily to an experience users will flock to.
3speak is another video platform on Steem.
There is no way to change DTube thumbnail after the video is released?
