Sorry, I don't have an answer for that.
I haven't uploaded anything to d.tube since they made the big change. I was not aware they limited you to one tag.
I just "Upvote and Tag"ed your "Minnesotans" video with the #steemleo tag. Aparently I can add a tag to your video.
I will have to look into this more.
