At least 10 minutes to 40 minutes for your personal development every morning. Early morning is good. Promote the following behaviors.
For the first 5 minutes, make the following five questions for success: ask yourself.
Meditation for the second 15 minutes.
Take the third 10 minutes - grab the day.
