However, the best way to stay healthy is by taking advantage of the natural surroundings and eating more plants and fruits, rather than meat. At Klong-Ieng restaurant, where I saw a model of a male and female Orangutan (one with short whiskers and one with longer) and one of a wild elephant (pictured below), waiters served up a smoothie that included carrot, kale, red bell pepper, and maple syrup. A client suggested that we sprinkle some salt on the smoothie before we ate it, because the smoothie was so rich and had a faint salty taste.
