A day with @LivingUKTaiwan living in Taiwan
A lot of people ask me what I do every day in Taiwan. Not much to be honest, it seems like a lot of my time is wasted .... doing not much. I started to wonder myself, so thought why not do a video so I can see for myself what I do on a normal day. Come and see what @LivingUKTaiwan does on a day living in Taiwan.

I've always wanted to visit Taiwan, but while living in Cambodia I never had the chance. I met many English teachers that had lived there, and they all said the people are super friendly, and even though it's quite far north, the weather is fairly mild. I traveled to Singapore once, and I get the sense the Singaporean-Chinese are similarly minded.
A sidenote, I remember a few years ago Hun Sen, the Prime Minister of Cambodia, made Tibet and Taiwan flags illegal. This was due to increasing alignment with mainland China.
Now you're in Cambodia, its only a few hours away by flight and you can always come and experience for yourself, it is a very beautiful and under rated country imho.
And yes, money talks, sadly
No, actually I am in Suriname attempting residency visas with my Cambodian wife and kids now. I lost my residency visa and work permit after 10 years in Cambodia. I was sad to leave but the US Embassy and the Chinese Embassy were fighting for control of the Cambodian economy, and China won. With this came an increase of Chinese work visas and a decrease in western and/or American visas. I had a microrestaurant, so my category didn't fit into the new more bureaucratic visa categories.
That being said, Suriname is an absolutely lovely country, and we love it so far. It's the most multicultural place I've ever seen.
Of course silly me, forgot that you moved away from Cambodia , not to.
Hope you and your family are settling down
Thanks.
