You were very brave to try it. But it seems like your duck feet wasn't very tasty and cooked well enough. They can be very good, trust me!

When I was working in Hong Kong and whenever we had expat visitors, we loved taking them to dim sum and get them to try chicken feet. I think only one or two dared to try it. It was so fun watching their reaction - in a fun way of course , we weren't being nasty or anything like that!
