Watch a 69 year old Ama free dive in Japan
I can easily talk about how fascinating the whole Ama diving culture is, and their skills in diving without an oxygen tank to as deep as 10m under water. However nothing beats watching them in action, from how they prepare on board for the dive, swimming in the sea and a video taken by the Ama herself. And don't forget to look out for her under water selfie!
