I totally agree with you. It's so annoying to see those "Nice article. I followed you, follow back" posts. What many newbies don't know that even a lot of these posts are made by bots. And so they answer to bots which post stuff like "Nice post".
Yeah! I mean, sometimes you might not have much time to write a load out, but even something that is slightly productive or a small explanation of why the video was interesting is a good start. I tend to look for comments more than the value of upvotes, because the interaction on my content helps me improve and grow.
