Traditional way to roast a pig in the Philippines-The "Lechon" in the making

I love to visit the Philippines and I was fortunate enough to participate in the Traditional Lechon Roasting. "Lechon" is basically a roast whole young pig prepared for family get togethers and celebrations and is very delicious.
