As Steemian too I know that time is everything, and for that reason I give you some tips to be much more productive with almost NO TIME COST and about a 20 or a 30 percent faster if you start doing this everyday.

You have to get a good complement for your eating, and in most of the cases a healthy eating is a must that maybe is not in your everyday planification nowadays.

And if you are a Trader… believe me this will help you and will see the changes in your wallet!

Tip 1

Magnesium Chloride.
A Magical resource that is very easy to prepare. Just do it once a week and that’s all.
(Time: 5 minutes)

Tip 2

Seeds Mix.
Many seeds have great properties that you just can’t imagine.
Will improve you capacity by adding one spoon of this in every meal you cook, whatever it’s a cake, a fried egg or a sandwich. I mean… Whatever!
(Time: 5 minutes every Month)

Tip 3

A Steemit Shake…?

Let’s make a mix of many special fruits, real Cacao, a lot of greens, carrots and much more things.


Every fruit and vegetables that you don’t eat put in a blender,

Try to avoid inflamers to your brain:

  • White flour
  • Food colourings

Please take in consideration that everyhting in life can have a side effect, so make a research before consume somethings that you have never done before. In this case everything is very natural of course but the Magnesium and the Brewer's yeast can have minimal side effects to irritable people.

This is good advise. Most times I do not even have a good sleep. The brain consumes more calories than any part of the body. I will try to eat more and follow your advise. Thank you verh much.

So good @gloglo! Yes sometimes is pretty hard even sleeping. I think that so much adrenaline dont let us rest, and thinking till sleeping... So crazy!
