Zion Training No-Gi (5/18)

My kids love taking the No-Gi class #Versus, this class happens once a week.
The exercises are different than Gi classes as well as the techniques, here coach Mike is working with Zi on going after the takedown, the scramble that follows. Always great training @ Versus if you are Montebello (LA Area) come thru.
