Some spammer do small downvote...
But if big user or whale downvote any post or blog they may have some reason i think also with out reason if someone will downvote and he or she is active user they have to ans reason.
I am starting to see more good content creators becoming upset because they are getting down votes without a reason given as to why. How can you improve your content if you are not told where you went wrong. I'm not talking about the obvious spammers or the plagiarism that happens. When this happens to good people, chances are you lose them from the platform.
If I get down voted it doesn't bother me, I came here to view good content, like yours :-)
