🤸 Sacramento Wanderlust Yoga Festival 🤸

In honor of @acromott @lifemovedbysteem @dayda I thought it would be fun to share my Wanderlust memories. Wanderlust is a traveling yoga festival that tours all over the world. A day at the Wanderlust event is filled with group yoga, it really is a sight to see. Over 300 people are doing yoga all at once!

After the morning yoga session, the festival breaks down into many different classes. You can learn how to hoop, Ariel yoga silks, yoga and even acroyoga.

This year, we went with all of our acroyoga buddies, and we had a blast! I think events such as Wanderlust are amazing because it reminds people to incorporate movement into their lives.
