Kalvas Stopped Smoking

I was smoking almost 2 packages cigarette and today I stopped smoking. But as you know people who use cigarette mostly want it because it's a habit for them / me. On this video while I was taking 1 cigarette from my friend's package I noticed that I had stopped smoking and I came to myself suddenly.
