Fireworks Display Over The Lake
I know I’m a day late, but Happy Independence Day!! Or happy Friday.. depending on where you live 😄
I was on a lovely lake vacation last week and during we got to experience a fireworks display over the lake. It was a pretty amazing experience and even though I failed at capturing the stunning shots I had in my head.. mostly due to being on a moving boat at the time.. I was able to grab a few and then captured the rest in a video on my phone.
I wanted to share the experience with you guys 🙂
The night started off by all the boats finding their prime spots for the night where everyone awaited the celebration. This involved possibly drinking too much and playing the most patriotic music they could muster, while they patiently awaited the big show .. ‘Murcia!
I thought even the boat lights reflecting on the water were pretty stunning...
And then the show started..

Yeah my family wanted to get as close as humanly possible to the show so I will say it was a “3D” style experience and they were going off directly over our heads. It was pretty amazing as far details you were able to see etc. It sort of felt like we were in warp speed half the time 😄

Oh my goodness!! Now those are some fireworks. Besides that crowd probably giving me anxiety, that would be amazing. Are we going next year? 😜
I saw it from the side at the top, next to that building (art museum) almost under the fireworks. There was just tiny group of about 50 people.
If you can to travel all the way to Barcelona, come around end of year :-)
