Southeast Asia trip VLOGS ARE HERE!

There’s too much good stuff to share, so this will be a 3 part series, with a vlog for each country that we visited on our trip out to Asia with a shoe brand.

So let’s get this thing started already! This is a look at the first country on our itinerary….Thailand.

And man, it did not disappoint. So much epic stuff to film out in the Land of Smiles.

Our trip kicked off with a 15 hour flight to Taipei, and then a connecting flight from there to Bangkok. But forget the jet lag and long flights…by the time we reached Thailand, I was ready to film.

We started off with 3 days in Bangkok, exploring the countless breathtaking Buddhist temples that the city is home to. But one of those definitely stood out. Make sure to watch to get a better look at Wat Samphran…an incredible Dragon Temple about an hour outside of Bangkok.

Chiang Mai followed Bangkok, and we had it circled on our calendars for weeks before even leaving, because we knew it meant….ELEPHANTS DUUUUDE! In the vlog you’ll get to see some of the good times that we had with all our elephant friends, especially our buddy, Moto, the senior citizen of the group!

Also, if you’re visiting Thailand and planning to go to an elephant “sanctuary”, please make sure that it is one that truly does commit to providing a hospitable home to the elephants in it’s care. There are a number of businesses that have elephants chained up in between tours (we saw them for ourselves…), and it’s just a massive bummer that many tourist completely ignore this because they’re so preoccupied with getting pictures.

And finally we wrapped up our stay in Thailand with 4 days in Phuket. Two of those days were spent editing so that we could meet our deadline, but the epic times on the other two days totally made it worth it. From the Phi Phi Islands to exploring all around the famous James Bond Island, Phuket definitely lived up to its hype. Oh and the Big Buddha was INCREDIBLE. Make sure to visit if you’re in Phuket. You can see it atop it’s hill from any point in Phuket, and it’s got an incredible energy on it’s grounds.

All that and more in the Thailand vlog! Hope y’all enjoy!

A very nice Vlog from the Land of Smiles :) For your drone, did you register it at the CAAT (Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand)? It took long time?
