Hello there Dtube people!

Join me in tasting "Pitahaya" or Dragon Fruit.

A pitaya or pitahaya is the fruit of several different cactus species indigenous to the Americas. Pitaya usually refers to fruit of the genus Stenocereus, while pitahaya or dragon fruit refers to fruit of the genus Hylocereus, both in the Cactaceae family.

This beautiful looking fruit according to healthline.com has many benefits.

It is high in nutrients
May help fight chronic disease for it is high in anti-oxidant
It is also loaded with fiber
Promotes a healthy Gut
Strengthens Your Immune System
May Boost Low Iron Levels
Good Source of Magnesium

This fruit which belongs to Cactus family is easily grown and does not need substantial amount of water. So, I am planning to create my own plantation of Dragon Fruit.

Try it, whenever you have a chance to taste it.
